There has always been this battle Between Fox, NBC, and their business channel affiliates. 🥊

Consensus is that @foxnews @foxbusiness represents the right and NBC the left with the narrative being that NBC is the Robin hood of media representing the underdog.

I want to say as someone whom has had numerous appearances with both networks for over a decade, that from my experience, it's been the complete opposite. Fox has always allowed me to express my opinion without edit which is many times agains consensus especially pertaining to the financial services industry.

Today, as an entrepreneur of a new financial services firm that is disrupting the model of big financial companies, Fox has again supported us and our mission from day 1.

Fox understood that our new firm Real Talk Capital is not about the amount of the AUM we manage rather the size of the impact we make in peoples lives. The truth is that within one year based on our current new client onboarding run rate, we will work with more families and make a larger impact than my old traditional wealth management firm did even after over 20 years!

I guess that was not enough for another network though . When we explained our new model and the impact we were looking to make on the average person instead of the ultra wealthy, they said they would need to hit certain levels of assets before we would be invited back to speak on air. This is after over a decade of appearances. 🤔

Apparently, the information I provided was more valuable when directed at wealthy consumers and not so much when targeted towards the average American.

For what it's worth I just thought that people should know that the team at Fox has supported us and continues to do so with our agenda to help the average American versus just providing more of the same for the Ultra Wealthy.

I guess for other networks it's just biz as usual. You can preach what you want but what are your actions?

I had heard the rumors, but having been away from NYC for six months, our return back to our favorite city was very different this time.

Within hours my wife and I canceled our plans to tour a listing for NYC apartment project which was always a dream of ours to own. NY in it's current state, is sadly no longer the city we could see ourselves spending any more than a three day weekend in.

The good people are leaving, the city is the dirtiest I've seen it since I was a kid coming here in the 80's, stores are shuttering left and right, and what used to be a secret back alley deals to buy bootleg Louis V and Gucci purses are now openly displayed on the streets next to the same stores of the legitimate brands paying 100's of thousands for rent. That won't last. They soon will also depart.

The city does not even feel safe or alive any more. The police are visibly smaller in numbers and you could almost feel their sense of NYPD pride stripped away by the lack of support from their city.

I have to agree with a piece published in The NY Post by New Yorker James Altucher titled "NY City is Forever Dead."

This is a city that has always bounced back, but this time it's like a prize fighter towards the end of his career. NY is down for the count and it's not getting back up any time soon. This isn't the same NYC that roared back after 911. Those people, their values, and that pride have been destroyed.

The victor? Liberal politics and & Woke agenda that stripped the soul from the city. Congratulations, this is what is you have left.

In the meantime To the hardworking restaurateurs in NY with amazing food and zest for life that are still left there. Give me a call. I would love to bring your businesses to our new home that values family, rule of law, hard work, and the American Dream.

I pray for the city to return but I am doubtful that the current path will change anything unless America starts valuing and protecting what America once stood for. 🇺🇸💪🏼
